Altered the traditional notion of televisual viewing by creating a passive, sculptural work of technicolour beauty. Plot-less, organic and austere it made hypnotic viewing from the minimum of information, most importantly relative to it's peers making the technology it was created with invisible and so, in that context beautifully redundant.
