Designed by Toshi Design System who also designed another designers hotel “CLASKA” (placed in Meguro, Tokyo/remodeling until Mar.3rd 2008).グレータイルの外観に大きな木目調のエントランス、海外のデザイン・アート書籍がさりげなく置かれたロビー、漆黒のエレベーター内、ビタミンカラーのカラフルな客室扉、グラフィカルなカーテンに「ミニマル」「ポップ」「アーティスティック」というホテルのコンセプトが散りばめられている。
３室あるスイートルームは、空間設計がそれぞれに個性的で吹き抜けのメゾネットタイプもある。
またビューバススイートでは上層階のバスルームから渋谷を一望でき女性客にも人気だ。
ベットは全室シモンズ社製というこだわりようで、渋谷という大都会の喧噪の中で滞在者に上質な眠りを約束してくれる。海外メディアでも紹介され、最近は外国人観光客やビジネストリップでの利用も増えている都心の中のミニマルを問う、デザイナーズホテルだ。

In the true blacked elevators, cheerful colored doors for guest rooms and graphical curtains, there are hotel’s concepts scattered; “MInimal”, “Pop” and “Artistic”.
The 3 suites have each individually designed space, including the maisonette type with stairwell. The View-Bath suite is popular with the ladies, where you can see the whole Shibuya area from the bathroom in the upper stories.
All beds are Simmons-made. It promises to make you sleep very well in spite of the noisy outside. Reported by overseas medias, the number of foreign tourists and business people are increasing. It asks the “minimal” in the center of city.
