グラディスカはコンセプチュアルよりもインスピレーションを大切にしたインテリア中心のセレクトショップ。流行やブランド、価格帯に縛れずにオーナーがインスピレーションを感じたデザイン性の高い商品が世界中から集結。Gradisca is an interior speciality shop, which values inspiration more than having its concept. Trend, the name of the brands, and the price are on the side, the products that got the owner’s eye are gathered from all over the world. Like furniture made in Denmark in the 1960’s and Isamu Noguchi’s table. From vintage to new, so many choices are in the small shop. Among their line up, there is no doubt to love at first sight for a sparkling chandelier with Venetian glass made in Murano, designed by Dorian Webb. They use parts made by the best craftsman in Italy, and they are all handmade in NY factory. If they can’t find glasses in fine quality, we will have to wait several months to get it. Dorian is the designer who have superb reputation from celebrities in NY and many interior shops.

Translation: Junko Isogawa1960年代のデンマーク製の家具やイサムノグチのテーブル。ヴィンテージデザインからニューデザインの世界中の小物まで小さなお店に所狭しと並ぶ。その中でも入荷点数の少ないDorian Webb（ドリアン・ウェッブ）のmurano製のヴェネチアングラスを使用したシャンデリアの美しさには、一目惚れしてしまう人も多いのでは。イタリアで最高の技術を持つ職人の手仕事で創られるパーツを使い、NYの工房ですべてハンドメイドで製作。クオリティーの良いガラスが揃わなければ、オーダーから納品まで数ヶ月かかることもあるそう。NYのセレブやインテリアショップからも評価の高い、今注目のデザイナー。
そしてアンジェラ・ルシッチがデザインしたAMRのキーボルダーはギフトやおみやげにも喜ばれそう。こちらもNYの工房でハンドメイドで製作されている。ヨーロッパを中心に世界中から集められた上品の色合いのビーズとオリジナルなチャームの組み合わせが豊富。グラディスカでお気に入りのひとつを見つけて。
