2009年10月にオープンした「gm ten」（ジーエム・テン）は、ジャンルにとらわれず様々な環境でプロジェクトを立ち上げ活動する７人のメンバーからなる「gm projects」（ジーエム・プロジェクツ）のオフィス兼ギャラリー兼ショップスペースOpened in October 2009, gm ten is an office, gallery and shop space for gm projects that consist of 7 members who work on various projects in various environment of various different professions.
Gm projects are formerly known as graf media gm who has been actively wroking based in Osaka from 2001 to May 2009. Gm ten is their new starting place located in Azabu-juban Tokyo. Focusing mainly on art, music and something related to expressions, gm ten will offer exhibitions, lives and workshops as well as sell selected items that will connect the relationship between people.
Akichi Records is one of the project which gm projects has launched and is a music label, irregularly organizing a mini live event Reverberation Room. In the event, not only they invite various creators from the different professions to give live performances, but also offer time and space to enjoy communicating with artists with exhibitions and shows.
In the shop space, they feature their original artists’ goods as well as goods made by a Swedish creative unit Andreas and Fredrika, a sculptor Atsuhiko Misawa and many more. They will feature new collaborating items in the future.

gm projectsの前身は、2001年から2009年5月まで大阪を拠点に多方面で活躍して来た「graf media gm」だ。今度は麻布十番に新しい拠点を構え再出発を行う。主にアートや音楽、人の表現に関わるものを扱い発信する「gm ten」では、展覧会やライブ、ワークショップなどを開催する他、人と人の関係性を繋いでいくモノをセレクトし販売を行っている。
また、gm projectsのプロジェクトのひとつでもある音楽レーベル、「AKICHI RECORDS」が発信するライブミニイベント「REVERBERATION ROOM」も不定期に開催。毎回様々な分野からクリエイティブに活動している人を招きライブパフォーマンスだけでなく、展示、スライドショーを行うなど、見るだけ聞くだけにとどまらず、アーティストと過ごす時間もセットにして楽しめる空間を提供している。
ショップでは、gm projectsオリジナルのアーティストグッズを紹介する他、スウェーデンのクリエイティブユニット、アンドレアス&フレデリーカのグッズや彫刻家、三沢厚彦のグッズなど、今後もさまざまなアーティストとつくるグッズを展開する予定だ。
展覧会やイベントは不定期に開催しているので、スケジュールは事前にウェブサイトからチェックして訪ねてみよう。
