FiFi contemporary chinese cuisine ‘Sanyu’ serves the most creative and unique Chinese dishes in Taipei. This restaurant is a new style in Taipei and this is why it is not台北で最も独創的で特別な中国料理を味わえるのが「常玉廰」（チャンユーティン）だ。このレストランは人々が思っているような台北のありふれたレストランとは違いユニークで新しいスタイルを持っている。
このビル、FiFi茶酒沙龍（チャージュウシャーロン）は、有名な台湾のファッション、インテリアデザイナーの温慶珠（イザベル・ウェン）によって作られた。このレストランの名前のFiFi（フィフィ）は彼女のニックネームから来ている。１階にはイザベルの服を扱うショップ「FiFiマーケット」、３階には「Wラウンジバー」があり、常玉廰は２階に位置している。
温慶珠が幼い頃から食べていたのが、四川料理と上海料理。その思い出の味をたどりながら、四川料理と上海料理の創作料理を提供している。そのためか、なんとなく懐かしい味がする。中華料理には欠かせない豚の角煮や、常玉廰おすすめの黒糖パンケーキは人気の料理となっていて、幅広い年齢層の人が訪れる。
とても優雅な雰囲気の店内。アンティーク家具が配置され、室内の照明が人々をリラックスさせ、静かな音楽がさらに心を鎮めてくれる。味覚、視覚、聴覚の全てを満たしてくれるこのレストランは、ランチ、ディナーともに楽しむことができる。ビジネス街にあるので、ランチの時間は込み合うことがあるので、早めに行くのがよいだろう。街路樹を見ながら食事を楽しめるテラス席がおすすめ。

FiFi TEA HOUSE was opened by a renowned local fashion and interior designer, Isabelle Wen. FiFi is the restaurant’s name and is also the creator’s nickname. FiFi’s Market is in the ground floor, the W Lounge Bar is in the third floor, and there is the Sanyu in the second floor of the building.
The menu features a range of Szechuan and Shanghai dishes that come from Wen’s childhood memories. So the dishes have a somewhat nostalgic taste. FiFi serves Braised Pork Belly, which is essential in Chinese cuisine, and also brown sugar pancakes, strongly recommended by FiFi. A wide range of people visit this restaurant.
The interior design inside the restaurant is very elegant. The lighting relaxes people, the antique furniture helps people to enjoy different cultures, and the quiet music also calms down people’s minds. These features stimulate people’s taste, visual, auditory senses. The guests can enjoy both lunch and dinner.
It is better to go early in the afternoon for lunch, because the restaurant is located in the business district and can be very busy. It is recommended that people sit outdoors to watch the green scenery while enjoying food.
