The word “fjall puben” means mountain pub in Swedish. Fjallpuben is a pub located in Åre. Åre (pronounced ore-eh) is a famous area for ski resort in Scandinavia「フェールプーベン」とはスウェーデン語で山中のパブという意味。「フェールプーベン」はオーレ地方にあるパブ。オーレ地方はスカンジナビア地方でも有名なスキーリゾートで、2008年にはコンデナスト・トラベラー誌で世界一のスキーリゾートにも選ばれている。オーナーのメルケル・アンダーソンは2009年にこのパブをオープン。彼は、エフ12グループの素晴らしいレストランをプロデュースしていることで知られる人気シェフだ。メニューは地元の素材を使った、ビーフリドーバーグやヤギのチーズなどをはじめとする伝統的なスウェーデン料理だ。内装は北欧風で、アンティークスキーや北欧のキルト、絵画、調理器具、刺繍やタペストリーが飾られている。

He is a star chef producing excellent restaurants of F12 group. Menu is based on the traditional Swedish food using local ingredients: beef rydberg, goat cheese and etc. The interior is inspired by Nordic culture, and there displayed antique skis, Nordic quilts, pictures, kitchen tools, embroideries and tapestryies.
