Not only does it provide a place to work in, it also aims to provide an environment where creativity can flourish as well as a communal space for other cross disciplinary activities中国語で“新しい単位”を意味する、「シンダンウェイ」。そのクリエイティブなワークスペースには、芸術的な空気が漂っている。ここは、作業する場所だけでなく、様々な分野の活動を支える共有スペースの提供や新单位，一个简单平凡的如同大白话的名字却奇迹般的为这层在厂房里的创意工作空间增添了几分清新的文艺气息。新单位不仅提供了一个工作的地方，也同时努力创造着一个创意领域及一些其他跨学科合作的活动场所及社区、創造性がかきたてられる環境作りを目指している。共有することがクリエイティブ業界の人たちの間では、当たり前になりつつあり、そのことを満たしているシンダンウェイは、キャリアやデザイン、出版、建築、およびビジュアルアーツ業界における専門家と企業家のためのソーシャルネットワークに対応するワークスペース以上のものを展開している。
徐匯区の永嘉通りにあるシンダンウェイは、あらゆる種類のワークステーションや２つの会議室が完備され、テクニカルサポート、大きなコーヒーバーなどがある。メンバーシップに加わると、サロンのエキシビションやサービスを楽しむこともできる。創設者によると、シンダンウェイの展開する環境は、「情報の共有と革新のインキュベーター」であるという。
会員プランには、フルタイム、パートタイム、フリーランス、アフィリエイトの４種類から選択でき、あらゆる人がいつでも簡単にアクセスできるスペースを提供している。会費は１時間15元から１ヵ月につき2100元となり、指紋スキャンによって24時間アクセス可能。

As it satisfies the love of sharing that is a common trait of people in the creative industry, Xin Dan Wei goes beyond being a mere workspace to become a career as well as social network for professionals and entrepreneurs in the design, publishing, architecture and visual arts industries.
Xin Dan Wei situated at III Shanghai Hub on Yongjia Road in the Xuhui District. There are all sorts of work stations, two fully equipped meeting rooms, technical support and even a large coffee bar. If you become a member, you could even enjoy exhibitions and the services of a salon. Xin Dan Wei’s environment, according to its founder, is “an incubator for information-sharing and innovation”.
There are four different membership plans to choose from — full time, part time, freelance and affiliate — all which aim to provide a space which one can easily access anytime. Membership fees vary from 15 yuan per hour to 2100 yuan per month and include 24 hour all weather access by fingerprint scan.

坐落于长宁区延安路上的 IIIShanghai Hub，新单位占据着旧塑料厂的第四层，超过280平方米的空间内包罗万象，有各种工作站，两个完整配置的会议室，技术支持及大型咖啡吧。作为新单位的会员，还可以享受到展览和沙龙设施服务。新单位的环境，如它的创始人所言，“一部知识共享和创新的孵化器”。
新单位备有四个可供选择的入会方案－全职，兼职，随意和联系－他们的目的是提供随时可触及的，无障碍的空间。会员价格由每小时10元到每月2000元不等，其中包括全天候24小时指纹扫描访问。
