Otofuke-cho in the Tokachi region is known for the vast landscape of the Tokachi Plain and famous mountains in Hokkaido such as Hidaka and Daisetsu. Based in the Tokachigawa Onsen北海道を代表する日高や大雪の山々と十勝平野の雄大な景色が広がる十勝・音更町。そこを流れる十勝川を源泉とする十勝川温泉を拠点とする十勝ネイチャーセンターでは、熱気球やカヌー、パラグライダーなど、様々なアクティビティを提供している。
北海道内でも数少ない、熱気球のフライト体験では、文字通りの空中散歩が楽しめる。夏場にはカヌーやゴムボートで川下りや、パラグライダー（７、８月は除く）、冬にはスノーラフティングや、スノーモービル、スノートレッキングが体験できるなど、一年を通して四季折々の十勝の大自然に触れることができる。

Through the experience of the hot air balloon, which is offered very few in Hokkaido, you can enjoy “walking in the sky”. As you can try canoeing and rafting as well as paragliding (except for July and August) in summer, and snow rafting, snow mobile, and snow trekking in winter, there is an excitement to feel the seasonal nature of Tokachi throughout the year.
