藻岩山の急な坂道を上り、ちざきバラ園の手前に建つ三階建て二棟の建物。その長い階段を少し緊張しながら上るその先に、1985年3月にオープンした、バー「N43」はある。Founded in March 1985, Climbing up the steep slope of Mt. Moiwa, you find the two blocks of three-story buildings by the Chizaki Rose Garden.
中に入ると黒でまとめられたシンプルなインテリアに柱ひとつ無い一面の窓。そこに札幌の街並をまるでミニチュア模型をみているように見下ろすことができ、街との距離感が心を落ち着かせる。その窓の反対側には30年以上前に一本一本植えたられた白樺の森が広がる癒しの空間となっている。
アルコールメニュー以外にも、素材の味にこだわったフードも充実。人気は自家製ピザ（1,260円）や霜降り和牛の刺身（1,260円）、ほたてとアスパラのチーズリゾット（735円）なども人気だそう。車で来てもその雰囲気を楽しめるようにと、ノンアルコールカクテルも充実している。
札幌を訪れた際には是非とも一度立ち寄っていただきたい店だ。

Inside the bar has simple interior with black color, and expanse of windows without any columns. You can look down the town of Sapporo as if looking at miniature models, and the sense of distance from town let your mind keep calm.
The other side of the window is a healing space with white birch trees, each single tree of which was planted more than 30 years ago.
The bar has many foods other than alcohol menu, including homemade pizza (1,260 yen), Sashimi of a marbled Japanese cattle (1,260 yen), and cheese risotto of scallop and asparagus (735 yen). Even for people coming by car, there are enriching of nonalcoholic cocktails so that they also can enjoy the atmosphere there.
This is the bar that you shouldn’t miss when you visit Sapporo.
