昭和31年３月創業、北海道ジンギスカンの老舗「松尾ジンギスカン」。滝川市にある本店を始め、2008年４月にオープンした美しが丘店など全道に７つの直営店を持つ。Founded in March 1956, we are proud of recommending the authentic Hokkaido Jingisukan (mutton barbecue) Restaurant, “Matsuo Jingosukan”. They have 7 branches as the first restaurant had opened in Takikawa city several decades ago, also Utsukushigaoka branch had just opened in April 2008.｢時代に沿った形でジンギスカンを提供したい｣との思いから生まれた、メニューも店内の雰囲気も洗練された印象の｢まつじん札幌南一条店｣は、松尾ジンギスカンの６つ目の直営店である。一見するとジンギスカン屋と分からないほど落ち着いた空間だが、一歩店内に足を踏み入れると、ジンギスカンの焼ける香ばしい匂いが漂い、訪れた人々の食欲を刺激する。
定番人気のタレに漬け込んだジンギスカンはもちろんの事、シンプルな味付けでラム肉の味を堪能できる｢塩ラムステーキ」（写真）も人気がある。サイドメニューやドリンクの種類も豊富で、特にワインは珍しい種類の物もリーズナブルに用意されているので、ぜひジンギスカンと一緒に堪能してほしい。またランチタイムには、珍しいラムステーキのスープカレーや、京風ラムうどん等の個性的なメニューが揃うので、こちらもおすすめである。
食べ飲み放題のプランや、ボリューム感のある宴会コースも充実しており、接待や宴会など様々なニーズに答えてくれる。外国人観光客も多く訪れ、彼らの評判も非常に高く「北海道といえばジンギスカン」は、海外でも定着しつつあるのだろう。

Text by Marie KawasujiThe sixth branch of Matsuo Jingisukan, “Matsujin Sapporo Minami Ichijou branch”, located in the center of Sapporo, their menu and interior have quite stylish atmosphere, not like other Jingisukan restaurants, based on a concept of “offer Jingisukan with the flow of time” . You will be taken to a cosy space, and soon your nose will catch the roasted flavor of mutton barbecue, it will work up our appetite instantly.
Standard style of Jungisukan, mutton soaked Jingisukan souce is most popular menu, and simply flavored with salt, ” Sio Rum Stake” is also great menu for appreciating the taste of the fresh meat. You have plenty choices of side menu and drink menu, especially the list of wine is quite remarkable, have a try Jingisukan with a bottle of reasonable wine from their good selections. Also for lunch time menu, their unique rum steak soup curry, or Udon with Kyoto style Rum are recommendable.
Business entertainment or party course are always welcome, they have All you can eat and drink courses (Tabenomi-houdai) or party courses. “if you go to Hokkaido, try Jingisukan” is getting more common these days among tourists, as a lot of foreign tourists visit here to appreciate the Hokkaido food.
Making a reservation is recommendable as weekend is quite busy.
