ポートランド・アート・ミュージアムの一環としてある「NWフィルムセンター」は動画の研究と鑑賞を促すべく設立された、地域メディア芸術センター。The Northwest Film Center is a regional media arts organization founded to encourage the study and appreciation of the moving image arts;よりアーティスティックでプロフェッショナルを目指すべく育成し、活躍する可能性のある創作をサポートする。センターでは、様々な映像展を開催、教育プログラムなどもおこなっている。
