テ・デゼクリヴァンがセレクトした興味深い本のセレクトや（ほとんどが小さな出版社のもので、他ではめったに見られない）、この店のためにアジアで全て手作りされた、カラフルな紙やノートを目の前にすれば誘惑に打ち勝つのは難しいだろう。日本語で「作家達のお茶」というその名が示す通り、お店は文学とお茶の結びつきを称え、著名な作家や本からインスピレーションを得たフレーバーティーを販売している。これらのお茶全てをサロンで試飲することができ、ホームメイドのケーキやデザートと合わせて楽しめる他、お茶以外にもコーヒーやフレッシュジュースも提供している。
ランチタイムにサロンではアジアン・多国籍風の軽食を手頃な価格で提供していて、たとえ午後の遅い時間でも、お腹を空かせたゲストにお薦めの品をいつでも提供してくれる。定期的に変わるメニューとデリの種類のおかげで、サロンではいつも違った味が楽しめる。まさに楽しい発見が詰まった・テ・デゼクリヴァン。ティーハウスではワークショップ、トーク、サイン会など様々なイベントを展開しており、詳細なプログラムはインターネットでの確認も可能だ。

Translation: MOMOKO M, Le Thé des Ecrivains has had the great idea to add a small tea-house, called le Salon, to its paper and bookstore. Le Salon by Thé des Ecrivains has a cosy atmosphere, perfect for a well-deserved respite during a busy day, or during a stroll around this lively area, rich with galleries, museums, fashion, design stores and beautiful old buildings.
It is hard to resist in front of the interesting choice of books selected by Le Thé des Ecrivains (many coming from small publishing companies, and rarely shown elsewhere), or in front of the colourful range of notebooks and papers, all hand-made for Le Thé des Ecrivains in Asia. As its name indicates, the house celebrates the union of literature and tea, and has created a range of perfumed teas inspired by famous writers and books. All these teas can be tested in the Salon, with a homemade cake or desert, and coffee or healthy fresh juices are also served.
At lunchtime, Le Salon offers light meals with an Asian/fusion flavour, for a reasonable price, and always has something to suggest for the hungry stomachs, even later in the afternoon. The menu and the choice of delicacies regularly change, making a stop at Le Salon always different. A visit to Le Thé des Ecrivains is indeed synonymous with fun discoveries, and the house has even developed a calendar of workshops, events, talks, signings… of which the complete program can be found on the internet.
