ラ・マルキネリLa Maroquinerie
「ラ・マルキネリ」は、かつて皮工場だった広大な場所に1997年にオープンした文化施設である。１階はカフェで、展覧会や詩の朗読会、アコースティック・コンサートなどが定期的に開催されており、テラス席も用意されているThis is a cultural facility opened in 1997, and placed in a broad site where used to be a leather factory on the top of the hill from the sloping road of Menilmontant 。500人を収容出来る地下階は、半円型の劇場になっている。演劇などの公演が毎日のように開催され、パリの音楽シーンの重要なスポットになっている。
