2006年の9月にロサンゼルスに引っ越したセスとエリーザは、町中のあらゆる建物をギャラリー空間に変化させ、様々な環境で展覧会をキュレートしてきた。そして2007年の8月に、世界中の新しいアートを展示する空間として「カーマイケル・ギャラリー・オブ・コンテンポラリーアート」を構えた。
