In Jakarta, there is an organic-themed store like heaven for people who are interested in a healthy lifestyle. The Rumah Sehat Intiyana (rumah means house and sehat means health in Indonesian) is located in Pondok Indah, South Jakartaヘルシーなライフスタイルを送りたい…と思っている人にとって、天国のような場所が、ジャカルタにある。このルマ・スハット・インティヤナ（ルマはインドネシア語で「家」、そしてスハットは「健康」の意味）は、ジャカルタの南部のポンドック・インダエリアにある。ここには、オーガニックで新鮮な野菜や食材を買えるショップ、実際のその野菜や果物を楽しめるカフェ・レストラン、オーガニックで肌に優しいココナッツオイルを使った気持ちのいいマッサージを楽しめる空間がある。
この天国のような空間を作り上げたのは、ジャカルタの若いカップル、ダニエルとアユだ。ジャカルタからほど近い緑の多い高山地帯ボゴールに自分たちの農園をもち、美味しい無農薬の野菜や果物を栽培し、店に直送している。
アユたちのオーガニック野菜や地元のオーガニック商品を購入できる店は、ルマ・スハット・インティヤナの一角にワルン・クブンクという名前を持ってオープンしている。そして、インドネシアの名物料理のガドガド (インドネシア風野菜サラダ)をはじめとして、ワルン・クブンクの新鮮な食材を楽しめるカフェ・レストランも隣接している。その日準備されている新鮮な材料で作るフレッシュジュースもおすすめだ。
カフェスペースの壁を隔てた隣には、マッサージスペースがあり、経験豊富なマッサージ師が、肌に優しいオーガニックなココナッツオイルを使って丁寧な全身マッサージを行ってくれる。さらにその奥には美しいプールつきの裏庭が広がっている。プールの脇には店の名物であるオーガニックな野菜が植えられている小さな畑がある。そしてこの裏庭のプールサイドでは、ヨガクラスも開講される。オーガニックに関するトークショウや料理教室、ガーデニングに関するワークショップも近日スタートする予定。
ここは、健康志向の人にとって必要なものがすべて揃った、まさにオアシスのような空間だ。ジャカルタに来た際には、ぜひこのオアシスで体も心もゆったりと癒していただきたい。

Daniel and Ayu, a young couple in Jakarta, established this store. They had owned a huge farm in Gadot, just outside of Bogor in west Java, and had been growing many kinds of organic vegetables and fruits that they had sent to their shop.
You can get these organic vegetables and local healthy and organic products at the corner of the entrance of Rumah Sehat Intiyana at the shop they opened named WARUNG KEBUNKU. You can also eat and drink their fresh organic foods at the café behind the shop. We especially recommend Gado gado (Indonesian vegetable salad)
Next to the café, there’s a massage space where experienced massagers will heal you through a full body massage with organic coconut oil good for your skin. You can see their cozy back yard with a pool in the back of this space. There is also a small croft growing vegetables, and yoga class is going to be held soon beside the pool. Routine health events like workshops on organic home gardening, mini talk shows about organic, green and healthy lifestyles, and cooking demo and classes (on healthy foods) will also start soon.
For those who want to spend a healthy and happy life, this is all you need–just like an oasis helping you wind down your fatigue after hard days.
