FUNGUS WORKSHOP 是个手造皮具工作室，由手袋饰物品牌 hoiming 与生活创作组合 cowrice 共同成立，以发表及售卖个人作品，并提供手造皮具工作坊，分享我们的生活态度Fungus Workshop is a creative studio that located in a quiet area outside of the heart of Central. Two local creative groups, hoiming and cowrice have opened Fungus Workshop to provide a platform香港の落ち着いた郊外に、ファンガス・ワークショップという名のクリエィティブな工房がつくられた。二組のクリエイティブ・グループ「ホイミング」と「カウライス」が革製品の魅力を人々に伝えようという思いのもと、ファンガス・ワークショップは始まった。
ホイミングは、2006年にホイミング・ファンとバルドウィン・プイによって設立されたユニークなセンスの光る革製品のブランド。一方、カウライスはフィリップ・ラウとグレース・クオックによる日常的クリエイティブ・ユニット。彼らにによる共同出資によるプロジェクトが、このファンガス・ワークショップというわけだ。
写真、言葉、イラストレーション、そしてハンドメイドのものを実に上手く融合させる彼ら。香港でブランドとしての評価を上げながらも、ハンドメイドの革製品への情熱と彼らの持つ人生観を人々と共有することに取り組んでいる。2010年の初旬に彼らはワークショップの基盤をつくるためコラボレーションをした。
店内に入ると、彼らのハンドメイドによるレザーワークが多数飾られているのが目に入る。それらがなんとも風格のあるヴィンテージ感を出しているのに気付くだろう。
このワークショップでは、参加者が自由に革をつかったアイテムを作ることができるのはもちろん、基本的なハンドステッチや革財布、カードホルダー、クラッチバッグのレザー・フィニッシュまで幅広く教わることができるのが魅力だ。革製品に限らず、８ミリフィルムやぬいぐるみ製作、裁縫などのワークショップも今後の視野に入れているとのこと。さらにはデイリー・プロダクツや家具などの販売も考えているそう。

The co-founders of Fungus Workshop are; hoiming, a leather goods designer brand with a unique sense of style, which was founded by Hoiming Fung and Baldwin Pui in 2006, and cowrice, a lifestyle creative unit formed in 2003 by Philip Lau and Grace Kwok. They elegantly combine photography, words, illustrations and hand-made creations together.
While working hard to build up their individual brands and reputations in Hong Kong, they also share the similar life attitude and the passion on handmade leatherwork. These two creative forces collaborated with each other to form the workshop in the beginning of 2010.
Once you walk into this place, you will see many interesting handmade products and leatherworks, which all help to create wonderfully vintage atmosphere.
The workshop allows you a chance to create your own leather goods and take you through the basic techniques, including hand stitching and leather finishing for the making of leather purses, cardholders and even clutches. Leatherwork is not their only focus however; they will also plan to offer other handmade workshops, such as 8mm film, sewing, stuffed toys as well as selling furniture and lifestyle products.

hoiming 是 Hoiming Fung 及 Baldwin Pui 于2006年创立。致力创作及生产高级皮具手袋，并于 Harvey Nicoles，Design Gallery 等发售。他们厌弃市场上单一平板的设计，决心用独特的生活触感去创作，把传统及创新融为–体，令生活多一点趣味及生气，而不是盲目妥协世界而已。
cowrice 由 Philip Lau 及 Grace Kwok 于2003年创立。致力创作琐碎无聊的东西，去年出版了私人真情剖白小品《凝映》。他们主要以照片，文字，录像，插画及手作制品来作为创作媒体，而灵感或题材则以自我的简单生活为中心，带出平和单纯的感觉，同时亦带一点对社会现况的不满，既单一又矛盾。
