The famous eco store of Helsinki, Nudge, opened in 2010 on a street just behind one of Helsinki’s main streets Mannerheimintie. It is a co-operative store2010年にオープン以来すっかり有名となったエコショップ、ナッジはヘルシンキのメインストリート、マンネルヘイム通りの裏手側に位置する。ここは、異なる分野で活躍するクリエイターによる５つのブランド、バイオネイチャー、ヤロ、コルメ・ヤ・ポーリ、ノッシュ・オルガニックス、ラビントラ・ルーラによって運営されている。
この店の特徴は、地球に優しい条件でつくられた商品やフェアトレードなど道徳的に良い商品のみを扱っていること。例えば、バイオネイチャーはナチュラルコスメ、ヤロは洋服やアクセサリー、コルメ・ヤ・ポーリはインテリア雑貨やおもちゃ、ノッシュ・オルガニックスは子供用オーガニックコットンの服を扱い、レストランのラビントラ・ルーラは手作りの健康的な料理や飲み物を提供している。
ナッジは、ギャラリー・フォルスブロムからも程近いデザイン地区に位置しており、近くには個性的なプリントがかわいい子供服のアーレキッドやヘルシンキ10コンセプトストア、ザザのデザインストアなども店を構える。店の前にはテラス席があり、その左手に長くのびるショーウインドは洗練された商品が通りを行きかう人々の目を引く。レストランの座席の他に、奥行きのある店内には商品のスペースが広々ととられている。
店の前面から中ほどまではインテリア雑貨、オブジェなど様々なアイテムが並び、その奥が洋服のスペース。店内はとても明るく、ショップスタッフの笑顔も素敵だ。
この店を運営する５つのブランドはそれぞれオンラインショップを持っており、それぞれの店が持つビジョンや扱う商品のこだわりをより詳しく知ることができる。
最近では、環境優しく、健康的で、安全で道徳的な商品を選ぶ消費者が一般的となってきたが、ナッジはエコロジーな商品を作り人々に届けたいという共通のビジョンを持ったいくつものブランドからなる一つの洗練された店で私たちのこの欲求に答えてくれる。こういったお店はこの地域にはまだそう多くはないので、ヘルシンキに来た際は、ぜひナッジに足を運んで欲しい。

The main feature of this store is that all products are ecological and ethical, for example, Bio Nature produces natural cosmetics, Yalo clothing and accessories, Kolme ja puoli interior goods and toys, Nosh Organics organic cotton clothing for kids and Ravintola Rulla food and drinks.
It is in a great location near to Gallery Forsblom and is a part of the Design District. Also nearby are Aarrekide, Helsinki10 Concept Store and Zaza Design Store. The front of the store consists of seating on the right and a long display window on the left. Besides the seating area the inside of the store is very spacious and extends quite far to the back.
The front and middle part has most of the items such as interior goods while most of the clothes are displayed towards the back of the store. It is well lit and presents a very bright space. The shop assistants are very friendly and always have a big smile.
The five different companies are presented via the online store allowing you to see the combined vision that they have as well as their own personal visions and an insight into the products they sell.
In recent years a new type of consumer has started to appear, one that wants their products to be environmentally friendly, to be healthy and ethically made. Nudge has answered this demand with an amazing store with products from not just one company but several, all with the same vision of producing and selling ecological items. Unfortunately, there are not many places like Nudge around which means that for the new consumers of today on a visit to Helsinki should stop by this store.
