幸島裕美Hiromi Koujima
Hiromi Koujima is a chief and director at a hair salon Dessange Fukuoka and is one of the top stylist who has won various contests nationwide. Bringing out trends in Fukuoka福岡市内の美容室「DESSANGE（デサンジュ）福岡」の店長／ディレクターとして活躍中の幸島裕美さん。全国の数々のコンテストで入賞歴を持つ福岡の美容を牽引するトップスタイリストの一人だ。トレンドを生み出す幸島さんに自身の活動、福岡の街についてお話を伺った。
自己紹介とお仕事内容について教えてください。
幸島裕美（こうじまひろみ）。1977年福岡生まれ、B型。
デサンジュ福岡の店長／ディレクターで美容暦は12年です。
得意なのは、カウンセリングとカラーリング・セット。内面から出てくる美しさを大事にしています。
デサンジュ福岡を含むエフグループの活動について教えてください。
デサンジュ福岡は、パリ８区のデサンジュ本店と同質の技術を有すると認められたトップサロンです。
エフグループは、デサンジュ福岡、F アヴェダ、ブルーノ・デッサンフォルテ、ブルーノ・リヴゴーシュ＆ジェロビタール、27’HAIRの５店舗で事業展開を行っています。
カラーでは、植物により髪をダメージ無く、やわらかくしっかりと染めてくれる「和染」（わせん）をご紹介しております。髪を傷めず艶を守る事を大切にしています。
福岡のファッションや美容の傾向についてどう思いますか？
かわいい女性がたくさんいる福岡。自分の活かし方を知っている女性がたくさんいる福岡。自分らしさのファッションがある所です。
トレンドを作り出す側として、何か心がけていることはありますか？
トレンドは常に意識しています。しかしそれ以上に大事にしているものは、その女性に合った無理のないおしゃれ、形、色、イメージです。トレンド＋パーソナリティー＋（男女共に）セクシーさを心がけています。
福岡の街について教えてください。そこで暮らすことや仕事をすることについてどう思いますか？
福岡はとても大好きです。人、街、空気、山、海、全てに丁度よく気持ち良いところです。
福岡で好きな場所を教えてください。
WITH THE STYLE；異空間で開放的、ゆっくりできます。
海：夕暮れ時は最高です。
IMS（イムズ）；おしゃれの情報盛りだくさんビル。８Fのアートギャラリー「三菱アルティアム」は、おしゃれですよ。
今後の夢（目標）やチャレンジしたい事などあれば教えてください。
いつもとても大事にしているのは、女性の美しさ。外と内からの美しさが伴って本当の美だと思っています。心の充実と、らしさを活かしてデザインする、最高の「美」を追求していきたいと思っています。

Hiromi Koujima. My blood type is B. Born in Fukuoka in 1977, I’ am an owner and director at Dessange Fukuoka. I’ve been working in this industry for 12 years. I’m good at counseling, coloring and setting. I focus on the inner beauty.
Please introduce F Group that includes Dessange Fukuoka.
The F Group develops business with 5 different branches including Dessange Fukuoka, F Aveda, Bruno Dessin Forte, 27’ Hair and Bruno Rive Gauche & Gerovital. We introduces a new kind of plant color called Wasen which colors hair softly without damage. We care to protect hair from damage and to keep hair shine.
What do you think about the trend in fashion and beauty in Fukuoka?
Fukuoka is a city where there are many cute girls who knows how to make the most of their own style.
As a person who produces trends, what’s your main concern?
I’m constantly aware of trend. But more than that, I care for comfortable fashions, shapes, colors and images that fit to the person naturally. I’m concerned with trend, personality and sexiness (for both men and women).
Please tell us about Fukuoka.What do you think about to live and work in the city?
I love Fukuoka a lot. It is a comfortable place balanced with people, towns, air, mountains and ocean.

You can see the best sunset at the ocean
The IMS is a complex building with full of trends. The Mitsubishi Jisho Artium is a hip art gallery, which is located on the 8th floor.
Please tell us your future dream.
What I concern the most is the beauty of women. I think the real beauty is completed with inner side and outer side together. I want to look for the best “beauty” that is designed with fulfillment of inside and one’s own style.
