BARON is an original brand of an interior & design shop, RAIRAI. BARON was established in 2009 and it combines new industrial art technology into traditional industrial art crafts九州・薩摩に新たなジャパンブランド「BARON（バロン）」が、2009年に誕生した。400年もの歴史を持つ薩摩切子や、薩摩焼、薩摩錫器など薩摩の伝統工芸に新しいテクノロジーと技、デザインを注入したバロンの商品は、薩摩の特徴的な精巧さと華麗さをそのままに、現代のライフスタイルに新たな価値観を提案している。
洗練されたデザインに、白と黒で構成された緊張感のある美しさと重厚感、繊細さの絶妙なバランスが現代の工芸品として圧倒的な存在感を生み出している。日常で使用すれば贅沢な時間と空間を演出し、使わない時も目を楽しませる。そんなアートと言っても過言でないがこのバロンのプロダクトだ。
バロンは、鹿児島市加治屋町にあるインテリア＆デザインショップ「RAIRAI（ライライ）」のオリジナルブランド。ライライは、薩摩、日本、そして世界のデザインを体感できる空間となっている。空間プロデュースはケース・リアルの二俣公一氏。鹿児島へ行く機会があれば是非立ち寄って欲しいお店だ。
オンラインショップ「ディスカバー・サツマ」では、鹿児島の伝統工芸をアートデザイン的観点から日本、世界に発信している。
バロンのアイテムは、近日リリース予定。サツマ・デザインに要注目だ。

For example, this glass on picture is a sophisticated designed glass with color black and white. It produces stately, yet delicate atmosphere and brings your life luxury feeling. It is also good for just displaying in the room.
RAIRAI is a place where people can experience Japanese and world industrial art design. Interior is produced by Koichi Futatsumata, a president of CASE-REAL. Why don’t you visit when you get chance to go to Kagoshima prefecture.
