With its more than 100 years old history, a Shanghai soup dumpling place Nanxiang Steamed Bun Restaurant is opened in Fukuoka創業100年以上の歴史を誇る上海の小籠包専門店「南翔饅頭店」が福岡にオープンした。地元でも絶大な人気があり、その味は中国政府から賞を受ける程。租界時代のオールド上海を彷彿とさせる黒と赤を基調にした店内は、エキゾチックかつ高級感があり、活気と優雅さの両方を感じられる空間となっている。
本場上海の点心師が手作りする、鹿児島産黒豚を使用した人気の小龍包（写真）は、旨味が凝縮されたアンが口の中で広がる絶品のひと品。他にも前菜３種、小籠包５個、月替わり麺、点心２個、デザートからなる2,000円のランチセット（平日のみ/LO14:30）も人気だ。ドリンクメニューも、シャンパンやワインなど豊富に取揃えている。
小龍包以外にも野菜、肉料理、麺料理、上海蟹料理など、沢山の一品料理がある。本場の味を日本で楽しめるのはここ福岡のみ。料金もお手頃なのでぜひシャンパンを片手にヌーベルシノワを堪能いただきたい。

The popular menu is soup dumplings (photo) using Kagoshima pork and lunch menu comes with 3 appetizers, 5 soup dumplings, monthly noodle, 2 choices of dim sum and dessert, all for 2,000 yen only for weekdays until 14:30. They also serve a variety of champaign and wines. Besides soup dumplings, there are a wide variety of menu for vegetables, meat, noodles, Shanghai Crab dishes.
