「アル・ハディーラ」は街の明かりと騒音を逃れ、星の下でアラビアンディナーを楽しむのにぴったりな場所だ。バラエティーに富んだビュッフェ料理から自分の食べたいものを好きなだけ選べるThe best place to escape from the lights and noise of the city to enjoy Arabic dinner under the stars. The buffet menu gives you a wide selection of food。
前菜のひとつアラビアンスタイルのカリフラワーの揚げ物から手をつければ、ラムチョップとチキンの丸焼きのメインコースへと早る食欲を刺激するに違いない。このレストランの楽しみは料理だけではない。食事に夢中になっていても、さりげないアラビアンバンドによる伝統音楽がくつろがせてくれる。
一通り食べたいメニュー全てを口に運び終える頃にいよいよパーティーは始まる。テーブルの間からどこからともなく美しいベリーダンサーが登場する。ベリーダンサーの踊りにうっとりしたり度胸のある人は一緒に踊ったりしてみた後は、まだその興奮が冷めないうちに、砂丘の上にはラクダや馬、はたまた何百ものヤギ、そしてガルフの伝統的な衣装を着た俳優たちが登場し、この地に昔から伝わるベドウィン（アラブの遊牧民）の生活と歴史についての劇が上演される。ショーが終わった後も、らくだに乗ったり、ハヤブサを腕に乗せ記念撮影したり、ヘナタトゥーをしたり、この500席もある屋外レストランではもちろんシーシャ（水タバコ）も吸うことができる。
このレストランがある砂漠の豪華ホテル「バブ･アル･シャムス」の隣には、UAE副大統領のシェイク・モハメドの別邸といわれる建物もある。砂漠の星の下でのベドウィン生活に思いを馳せるのは、この場所を訪れる観光客からアラブ首長国連邦の皇族まで皆同じなのだろう。

One of the starters, Arabic style deep fried cauliflower is just right to stimulate your appetite to proceed for the main course of lamb chop and grilled whole chicken. The evening at the table is packed with entertainment. While you are busy with your food, Arabic music band plays relaxing traditional music.
Around the time when you have been through all sections of food you wanted to taste, the party kicks off. A beautiful belly dancer suddenly appears through the table to the stage. While audience is still excited after dancing with the belly dancer, a spectacular show on the dune with camels and horses (plus hundreds of goats!) begins. Actors in traditional costume of the Gulf show local Bedouin life and history. Even after the shows end, there are also areas where you can ride camels, hold a falcon on your arm, get a henna tattoo and smoke sheesha (water tobacco) in this 500 seated open air restaurant.
Right next to this luxury resort hotel in the desert, there is what is said to be the 2nd (or maybe 3rd) house of Sheikh Mohammed. The dream for Bedouin life under the stars of desert is shared by any visitors of this place and also royal family of UAE. Arabic music echoes softly on the sand until late.
