ファッションデザイナーのデボラ・ディ・スティロとロドリゴ・アバルケロによって2000年に設立されたレーベル「オブヘット」。動植物やアートにインスピレーションを得Fashion designers Debora Di Stilio and Rodrigo Abarquero founded “Objeto” in 2000, following the inspiration found in topics like botanic, zoology and artた作品制作を行っている。パレルモ・ソーホー地区にオープンしたショップには、オリジナルのハンドバッグ、ドレス、シューズなど、様々な柄や色、プリント、刺繍などをミックスした遊び心のある、アイテムが並ぶ。
ステータスシンボルのような高級な服ではなく、着る人のライフスタイルに見合う服を手頃な価格で提供したいというのが、オブジェットのモットーだ。
現在、１号店の３ブロック先に、２号店をオープン。自身のブランドだけでなく、他のデザインも扱うセレクトショップとして注目のショップとなるだろう。

Text: Celeste Najt. In the branch on Gurruchaga Street, this is noticeable: a huge climbing plant covers the walls, making visitors wonder whether they are in an open space. The products for sale are special: handbags, dresses, sneakers, small design ornaments, everything at a reasonable price.
‘We relieve design products shouldn’t be excessively expensive or function as status symbols; we would rather our clients buy those things they like for their content,’ Rodrigo says while making Objeto’s profile clear.
Nowadays, they are in the midst of the preparation of a second store, located 3 blocks away from the original one, in which designs by other artists and designers will be included.
Objeto’s proposal is to have fun playing, which is reflected on the experiments made with the garments and other accessories: a mixture of fabrics and colours, hoods, embroideries.
Objeto is the ideal store to let simple elements surprise you with their designs with a twist that renders them essential and unique.
