Divina Bolivia is a store for design, style and modernity devotee men, women and children who do not give up the classics「ディヴィーナ・ボリビア」は流行に左右されないながらもデザイン、スタイル、モダンな要素を愛する男女や子供向けの洋服が取り揃えられている。
経営者でありデザイナーでもあるグスターボ・サミュエリアン、プロダクション・マネジャーのクリスティアン・ジェレジアン、財政面を受け持つマルセロ・トリポディ、そしてアドリアン・ゴメスは始めのうちメンズウェアを専門に販売しようと考えていた。その後長期的に売上げも伸びていき、支店も増えていったところで婦人服と子供服も扱うようになった。
ブランドのデザイナーであるグスターボに、デザインを作るうえで影響を受けたものを聞いてみると次のような答えが返ってきた。『一番は妻のダフネ・デニスですね。その次に挙げられるのはスタンリー・キューブリック、ウォーホル、ダリ、ブルース・リー、ソフィア・ローレン、クラウディア・カルディナーレ、ブリジット・バルドー、ラウル・ソルディ、ヴィヴィアン・ウエストウッドなどですね』。
これらの人物の影響は店内の至る所に非常に上手く調和する形で現れている。プリントシャツ、ジーンズ、ハンカチ、カラフルなバッグ、リーボックやオールスターの靴などが並ぶ中にフランス人女優やウディ・アレン、ピカソ、ケイト・モスのポスターが飾られている。
前衛的で楽しみに溢れているのがディヴィーナ・ボリビアの一番の特徴。国籍を超えた雰囲気漂う中にアルゼンチンらしさがしっかりと組み合わされているのが感じられるだろう。

The initial idea that Gustavo Samuelian (President & designer), Cristian Djeredjian (Production Manager), Marcelo Tripodi (Finantial Manager) and Adrian Gomez had was to make menswear exclusively. After a long commercial success and several store branches later, they incorporated clothes for women and children.
When asked about their aesthetic influences, Gustavo, the designer of the brand says, “Above all, my muse is my wife Dafne Denis; then, Stanley Kubrick, Warhol, Dali, Bruce Lee, Sophia Loren, Claudia Cardinale, Brigitte Bardot, Raul Soldi, Viviene Westwood, etc”.
A little bit of the essence of every icon mentioned can be spotted in the harmonious melange invading the store. Printed shirts, jeans, handkerchiefs, colourful bags, Reeboks, All Stars, live together among posters of French actresses, Woody Allen, Picasso or Kate Moss.
Avant-garde and fun are the highlights of Divina Bolivia, which offers a bold summary in which world cosmopolitan style becomes strategically blended with the Argentine hallmark.
