The first store of Cora Groppo was one on the corner of El Salvador St. and Armenia St. It was one of the first stores in Palermo, it was just natural to her open a store in the neighbourhoodコーラ・グロッポの最初の店舗は、エル・サルバドル通りとアルメニア通りが交わる角に建てられた。その頃はまだパレルモには殆ど店が無かったが、デザイナー自身がその地区に住んでいたこともあり、この地を選んだのだという。パレルモが有名な通りになったのは、その後のことである。
２店舗目はまた違った客層を捉えるべくレコレータに開いた。２年前にはブランドは拡大し、イタリアにも進出。スペイン広場やローマなどの土地に店舗をオープンし、またヨーロッパ全域への販売も始めた。
ブランドのデザインは形態学の研究が基になっており、毎コレクションごとに既存の体のシルエットを一から見つめ直しているという。2009シーズンのコレクションは魚のレントゲン写真を集めた「イクティオ（魚）」という写真集が基になっている。
コーラはデザインするには冬が一番良い、と言い次のように語ってくれた。『特に冬の素材の方がより共感できる感じがします。ちなみに昨シーズンは皮、シフォン、サテンやシルクなどを使用しました。 』

The second store was opened in Recoleta, in order to somehow aim at a different public. Two years ago, the brand grew and expanded with an Italian project: Cora Groppo became associated with some Italians, and opened a store in Piazza Spagna, Rome, and they organized a project to distribute their produce all over Europe with them.
The aesthetic influences of the brand are based on morphologic search. The idea behind each collection is to find a building resource to reinvent silhouette. In the last collection, for example, she has worked inspired by a book: ICHTHYO, of X-ray pictures of fish.
Cora prefers the winter season to design “I feel more identified with the winter´s textures. In the last Collection I have used leather, chiffon, satin, silk among others”- she said.
