Natural Deli was born in 2008 as the project of three young businessmen who felt the need to give a boost to the organic and natural product market in order to eat and live better. The project includes: a market ナチュラル・デリは2008年、三人の若き実業家のプロジェクトとして生まれた。よりよい食事と暮らしのために、オーガニックの自然食品の市場を活性化させようというこのプロジェクトには、オーガニック食品を幅広く扱うマーケットとレストラン、栄養に関するアドバイスを行うサービス、そしてヨガのクラスがある。
ラス・カニャータス、バリオ・ノルテ、パレルモ植物園の中にそれぞれあるナチュラル・デリの各店舗には、ふだんの暮らしの倍も楽しい体験が待っている。100％ヘルシーで、100％美味しい料理は、軽いのに健康的。ジュースと組み合わせればより良く、わたしたちの体に必要な栄養をたっぷり含んでいる。
秋に人気のメニューは、豚肉、コリアンダー、チリ、お米のミルクを煮込んだ南アジア風キャセロール。寒くなったら、鶏肉とブロッコリーのアジア風スープと米麺が最高。他にも豆腐の薫製の包みに、焼き野菜とルッコラと芝麻醤のドレッシングをかけたものもおいしい。

Sitting inside one of its branches – either in Las Cañitas, Barrio Norte or Palermo-Botanical Gardens – is a twofold pleasant experience: 100% healthy, 100% delicious dishes, light but wholesome, which cover the nutritional requirements of our bodies, especially if combined with juices.
The top dishes the present season are: The South Asian Casserole, which combines pork stew with coriander, chilli, and yamani rice milk; for colder days, the Oriental chicken-and-broccoli soup with rice noodles is ideal, while the delicious option of the smoked tofu wrap with grilled vegetables, rocket, and tahine dressing is on a par with the others.
For those with a sweet tooth who tend to feel guilty, Natural Deli will seem magical: the delicate almond and coffee Cheesecake with milk chocolate ganache is a must, as are the Superfood Muffins made of banana, flax, tofu and quinoa or the innovative Pudding made of homemade citrus marmalade with canola oil and poppies.
