Art, first rate contemporary gastronomy, and a relaxed and elegant atmosphere are just a few of the elements that make up Leopoldo’s formula. Located in Boulevard Cerviño, in the neighbourhood of Palermoアート、一流の近代的な料理、優雅で落ち着いた雰囲気は「レオパルド」が多くの人に支持される秘訣だ。パレモの近隣、セルビーニョ通りに位置するこのレストランには毎晩多くの人々が来店する。多くの顧客を惹きつけるのはディエゴ・ゲラによってつくり出される個性溢れる料理の品々。モッシメンクラブでの経験がある彼は、ハビエル・カインゾスとともにプロジェクトの責任者である。ハビエル・カインゾスはブエノスアイレス美食団体の創設者であり、ニューヨークで修行を積んだ経歴を持っている。
前菜にはオプションでサーモン、ヤギのチーズとアボカドのタルタルまたは、ロースティポテトスペイン風タコ添えとスモークパプリカサンドなどのヘルシーなフィンガーフードから選ぶことができる。メインディッシュは、野菜のグリル焼き、冷製サーモン、モッツアレラとズッキーニのトッテロー二パスタ。また、熟成ステーキ肉、子豚のクリスピー仕立て、チュブト州産ラム肉などがある。デザートには、ドゥルセ・デ・レーチェ・モアール（ミルクジャムアイスクリームを添えたバナナとミントのスープ）、ベルギーチョコレート、オレンジのムースクリーム、マカロン等。
インテリアは、国際的に名立たるブランド、ジバンシー、ケンゾーやティファニー等での経歴を持つアート、インテリアデザイナーであるハビエル・イトゥリオスが手がけた。またシンシア・コーエンが印象的でポップな美的感覚を表すために色合いや独創的なデザインにこだわり、アーティスティックな空間を演出させている。
レオパルドはすばらしい料理だけではなく、パートナーや友人たちと過ごす幸せな時間をも提供してくれる理想的な場所である。

Translation: Yukari Koto, this restaurant gathers an interesting number of diners every night. This is probably due to the eccentric and tempting menu designed by Diego Gera, chef propieteur, who has worked in Mossiman Club and is responsible for the project, together with Javier Cainzos, – founder of Grupo Gastronomico Buenos Aires – who was trained in New York.
For starters, they offer healthy finger food options, such as salmon, goat cheese and Hass avocado tartare or Spanish octopus over rosti potatoes and smoked paprika sand. For the main course, the menu offers light dishes, such as compressed grilled vegetables, low-temperature salmon, mozzarella and zucchini tortelloni; or not so light main dishes, such as matured rib eye, crispy suckling pig, the catch of the day, or lamb from Chubut. The variety of desserts includes dulce de leche Moelleux – banana and mint soup with milk jam ice cream – Belgian chocolate textures, orange Sabayon, Macaroon, among others.
The interior decoration has been in the hands of Javier Iturrioz, art director and interior decorator who works for international brands, such as Givenchy, Kenzo and Tiffany’s, among others. The artistic intervention of the space has been made by artist Cynthia Cohen, who has played all over the space with colour and shock in order to attain an impressive pop aesthetics.
Leopoldo is not only ideal to have a good meal and taste sublime combinations, but it is also an ideal place to enjoy a peaceful evening with your partner, or with friends.
