The one which could get high score on taste, ambient and service is the restaurant “La Retirada”パレルモ地区にあふれるほどあるバーベキュー・レストランの中から、お気に入りの一店を見つけるのはなかなか容易ではない。味、雰囲気、サービスともに高得点をあげれる店がここ、「ラ・レティラーダ」だ。
粘土オーブンを使ったアルゼンチンの定番バーベキュー。広大な店内にはゆったりとした屋内テラス、緑の茂った清々しい外のテラススペース、特別な日に是非予約したいVIPスペースがある。一軒家がまるごと贅沢なレストラン空間に変身している。
定番メニューの肉メニューにはどっしりと盛られた肉には、たっぷりのサラダやグリル野菜やフライドポテトが付けられる。グリルの上で焼いたチーズ、プロボレッタもお忘れなく。バーベキュー以外のメニューも色とりどりで目を楽しませてくれる。フィレ肉と砂肝、えびの刺さったブロシェット、子羊のグリルなど、定番以外をオーダーしてもどれも満足させてくれる。

Do not miss the Argentine classic barbecue cooked with their clay oven. Their vast space contains a spacious indoor seating place, a huge terrace covered by many tall plants outside and a VIP space that you may reserve at your special occasion. A whole house is transformed into a luxury restaurant space.
The regular way to order is to take a specific cut of meat accompanied with a generous salad, fried potatoes or grilled vegetables. Please also try the Provoleta grilled cheese. They provide also colorful and eye-pleasing menus other than the barbecue. Examples of some non-standard order: Brochette of sweetbreads, fillet steak and shrimp; grilled lamb. Any other tasteful proposals never make you be unsatisfied.
