「タルト・ファン・マイン・タント (わたしの叔母さんのケーキの意)」は、シモン・デ・ヨングとノアム・オファーによって1990年に設立されたデ・パイプ地区にあるベーカリーショップ“De Taart van m’n Tante” (My Auntie’s Cake) started at neighbourhood ‘De Pijp’ as a food-service bakery since 1990 by Siemon de Jong and Noam Offer。それから数年に彼らはユニークで特別なケーキを制作するパティシェとして知られるようになった。以来、ショップのオープンイベントや、結婚式、誕生日など特別な日を記念するケーキから小売りのケーキまで幅広く手がけている。
2003年には工房にカフェを併設し、ショウウィンドウに並ぶケーキを食べることができる。2004年にはショップ２階に、「ケーキ・アンダー・マイ・ピロウ」という宿泊施設をオープンした。

Since 2003 the Café opened in front of their kitchen. You can have tea and eat their cakes displayed in the show window. And in 2004 Bed & Breakfast, “Cake Under My Pillow” opened its upstairs.
