風になびく白い暖簾。その背後に見え隠れする白木のカウンター。美味しいお店が軒を連ねる中目黒にあって、そのシンプルで潔い佇まいが大人の嗅覚を擽る。A store curtain at the entrance flapping in the wind. You will see a plain wood made counter behind it. ここは立ち飲みバーやフレンチビストロなどの人気店を手がけてきたオーナーが、原点回帰にと2007年にオープンした大人のための和食居酒屋。産直や魚河岸で買いつける鮮魚の刺身はすべて天然もの。煮魚や長野「千代幻豚の炭火焼き」、川越「仙波豆腐の奴」、「季節の土鍋ご飯」など素材を重視したシンプルな料理をメインにしながらも、炙ったのりを下に敷き炊いた穴子に雲丹をのせて甘いツメだれをかけていただ「煮穴子の雲丹のり巻き」など、オリジナルな一品料理もメニューに並ぶ。ドリンクはオーダーに目移りするほどの幅広さ。その中でも木下店長のおすすめは、鰹だしの酸味と実に相性がいいという日本ワイン。

北海道「松原農園ミュラートゥルガウ」、山梨「津金 ラ・モンターニュ」など生産者の方々との交流を大切にし試飲会なども積極的に行いながらセレクトされた、造り手の熱意を感じる日本ワインとこだわりの日本食材とのマリアージュをモダンな有田焼とともに堪能して。
店名の「金菜」は広島弁の『こっちへきんしゃい！』から名付けられたという。
その名の通り、感度の高い芸能人や業界人から地元の年配の方々までがここ「金菜」に引き寄せられている。

This is one of restaurants in Nakameguro where you can enjoy the simplicity of the place. The owner has made a success in opening bars and French bistoro, and in 2007 he has opened this Japanese style pubs, IZAKAYA, for challenging to return to his origin. You will love wild fresh fish delivered from waterfront fish market, in addition to simple dishes like boiled fish, NAGANO “Grilled Chiyogenton Pork”, KAWAGOE “Senba Chilled Tofu”, “Seasonal Pot Rice”, etc. They also serve original dish like “Boiled eel topped with Sea urchins and Seaweeds”. You will also be very happy with the wide range of drink menu. One of the owner’s recommends is Japanese wine, which have a good chemistry with sour taste of tuna soup stock.
“Japanese food should be good together with Japanese wine”, said the owner smiling.
Selected through testing several times and communication with wine makers like HOKKAIDO “Matsubara Wine Muller Thurgau”, Yamanashi “Tsugane La Montagne”, you will fully enjoy the best mariage between Japanese wine and food with the modern Arita ware.
