札幌でジンギスカンを食べるなら「だるま」。昭和29年創業、ジンギスカン一筋で営業している老舗店だ。場所はすすきのの繁華街に、本店と支店を構える。一見見つけにくい場所にあるが、目印はその行列。If you want to eat Ginghis Khan (mutton barbecue), we recommend Daruma which was established in 1954, and is a estaurant served only Ginghis Khan for a long time. It has the home store and branch in downtown Susukino.七輪の炭火で焼く生羊肉ジンギスカン（１人前735円）は、柔らかく旨味をにがさず焼き上がり、余分な油を落としてくれる。一緒に焼く玉ねぎも絶品。ジンギスカンとの相性も抜群で、焼くことで甘味を増すその味に驚くことだろう。創業から変わらない特製のピリ辛の付けダレが絶品でジンギスカンの美味さを引き出す。この庶民的だが本物にこだわった味が、多くのリピーターを生んでいる。
席数もさほど多くなく、予約も不可なので、大勢での来店はお薦めできない。しかし並んでも是非お試しいただきたい味だ。

席数：25席 At first sight, this store seems difficult to find, but you will recognize it by a line-up in front of the shop.
Ginghis Khan grilled with Shichirin (Japanese traditional grill) (735 yen per plate) is tender, flavorful and non-fatty. Onions grilled together with meat are excellent, and go well with Ginghis Khan. You will be surprised that meat becomes more tasty by burning. This shop has a consistent special hot sauce since its establishment, is excellent and brings out Ginghis Khan’s flavor. The repeater has increasing, because of it’s own recipe for the sauce. Popular but genuine taste creates many repeat customers.
We can’t recommend it if you are in a large group because, there are not so many seats, and you can’t make a reservation. But we would love for you to try its taste even if you wait in line.
