料理も素材を生かした珍しいお寿司や料理にマッチした日本酒など特別な料理が食べられる。デザートのフルーツムースも忘れてはいけない。リトル・ローズは古典的な雰囲気で、美味しい料理を堪能する人には堪らないレストランである。

Translation: Kazunari Hongo a restaurant located in the cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Palermo Soho.
Created by an architecture studio, a photography studio and gastronomic partners, the aim has been to maintain the appearance of the initial premises. The floorings, the mouldings and the doors have been kept. They have worked on the contrast between the huge mirrored surfaces and they have arranged the night lighting as a game between projections over the counter and huge lighting appliances.
Regarding gastronomy, in Little Rose classical sushi can be tasted, with certain special variations that render it unique. The menu has a few very specialized dishes. The ones that deserve a round of applause are the Roll made of a tempura of pink salmon, cucumber, Philadelphia, spring onions and avocado, the classical sushi and hot dishes, such as the breaded New York Philadelphia. Most of the public prefers the Little Rose classics. Drink Hentai or rice wine.
At the time of dessert the chocolate steps with passion fruit mousse is unavoidable.
Little Rose is ideal to go during the day and enjoy a classical atmosphere, lit by the light coming in through those huge English-style windows; or at night in an intimate atmosphere of good taste.
