クロスホテル札幌の２階、フロント正面に位置する「meetlounge」（ミートラウンジ）は、昼と夜で全く違う表情を見せてくれる新感覚のラウンジバー。入り口を抜けて最初に目が行くのは、まだ札幌では珍しいアイランドカウンターLocated on the second floor of the Cross Hotel Sapporo, the cool bar “meetlounge” has two different atmospheres between day and night. Once you go through the entrance, an island counter。ライトアップされたオープンシェルフや、カウンター左右に配置されたジノ・サルファッティのシャンデリアが、フロア全体の雰囲気を引き締めている。
インテリアは全体的にモダンかつラグジュアリーな雰囲気でまとめられており、店内のアイテム１つ１つが非日常的な空間を演出するなかで、ハウスミュージックやジャズを中心とした音楽が心地よさをプラスしてくれる。
ミートラウンジの大きな魅力として挙げられるのが、クロスホテル札幌とリンクして催される様々なイベント。過去にはクラブジャズイベントとのコラボレーションや、雪まつり期間限定のアイスバーなどで多くの人々を魅了し、その存在感をアピールしてきた。
また、ランチタイムやカフェタイムのメニューも充実しており、洗練された本格イタリアンやパティシエ特製スイーツを堪能することができる。
系列店にはイタリアンレストラン「agora」(同ホテル3階)、「Furutoshi」(東京都港区西麻布)などがあり、どちらもスタイリッシュな空間でワンランク上のサービスを提供してくれる。

Text: Marie Kawasuji in the center of the room will catch your eyes. The room embellished by lighted up open shelves and chandeliers by Gino Sarfatti on both sides of the counter, makes the mood of the floor gorgeous.
The modern and luxurious interior creates extraordinary space, while house and jazz music make travellers feel relaxed. They also presents various events organizing together with Cross Hotel Sapporo. So far, they held collaborative club jazz events and limited ice bars during the Sapporo Snow Festival.
They offer lunch and cafe menu in the daytime. You can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine and sweets. There are stylish restaurants with high quality services offered by the same owner, including “agora” located at the 3rd floor and “Furutoshi” located in Nishi Azabu, Tokyo.
