Coffee collective is a coffee bar, coffee consulting company and micro roastery in Nørrebro. It lies just a quick walk through the cemetery, Assistent Kirkegården, where famous danish authors like H.C Andersen and Søren Kirkegaard lay buried. In this small basement the world seems to rotate around coffee. But don’t get fooled by these seemingly coffee nerds. They’re always friendly and open for a chat about anything and not just coffee.
The people behind Coffee collective aim to give an exceptional coffee experience but are not only passionate about their espressos but also about how it has been produced. Therefore they cooperate directly with farmers around the globe in order to get a sustainable production and improve the quality of the coffee. It is not only a matter of taste but also of social reasonability, an attempt to make the world a better through drinking coffee.

ノアボに店を構える「コーヒー・コレクティブ」は、小さなコーヒー焙煎所であると同時にコーヒーのコンサルティング会社であり、さらにコーヒー・バーでもある。アンデルセンやキルケゴールなど、デンマークの有名作家が埋葬されているアシステンス教会墓地から少し歩いた場所にある小さな地下空間では、まるでコーヒーを中心に世界が回っているようだ。一見ただのコーヒーオタクに見えるスタッフ達だが、コーヒー以外の話題にだって快くフレンドリーに応じてくれる。
コーヒー・コレクティブはコーヒーを通した最高の体験を提供する事を目的としており、彼等の情熱は、エスプレッソに対してはもちろんだが、コーヒーが栽培される環境そのものにも向けられている。コーヒーのクオリティを高めるためだけではなく、その生産を長く継続させていくために、直接、世界中のコーヒー農家と協力し合っているのだ。彼等の思いはコーヒーの味だけにとどまらず、社会的合理性にまで及ぶ。それは、コーヒーを味わいながら世界をより良くしていこうという挑戦だ。
