サパークラブでの食事は他の店とは違い、アラカルトがない。ゲストは大きな白いベッドの上でリラックスしながら、運ばれてくる４種のコースディナーの香りを楽しむことができる。ベッドでの食事を充分に楽しむためにも靴は履かず、いつものフォーマルマナーは抜きでくつろぐことができる。
４種のコースディナーは毎晩ひとつのメニューが席ごとに決められている。何を食べるかはゲストの代わりにシェフのグス・ウィッケンハーゲンが考えてくれる。グスはアムステルダムのサパークラブで７年間シェフとして活躍してきた。人々が料理に対して抱いている新しい組み合わせや香り、レシピ、出し方、それらすべてを忘れさせるような新しい体験がベッドまで運ばれてくる。ここでは今までにない新しい感覚を味わえるはずだ。

Dining at supperclub is different… “a la carte” does not exist. Instead you will be savoring a 4 course dinner served to you while relaxing on a giant white bed. Forget formal dining etiquette – your shoes must come off to completely enjoy the decadence of dining in bed.
The 4 course dinner is a set menu with one seating per evening. Finally you don’t have to think about what to eat, the choice is already made by Chef Guus Wickenhagen. Guus is an experienced supperclub chef having worked for 7 years in supperclub Amsterdam. New combinations, new flavors, new recipes, new presentations… all existing expectations fly out the window and a new experience is delivered on your bed. It can be fun, it will be something you never had before.
